Every year, MTC’s leadership counts on individual and collective efforts to make the organization’s annual gathering a key milestone—combining efforts from multi-sector partnerships. MTC has a robust Marketing plan to support year-round, dedicated outreach to current sponsors, industry partners, VCs, students, and professional members.
"The MedTech community drives innovation. You need investors, engineers, lawyers, reimbursement experts, and more to grow. MTC believes the proverb 'if you want to go fast, go alone and if you want to go far, go together.' Our networking breakfast is a place where you can strengthen your community and go farther." - Kwame Ulmer, MedTech Color’s Founder and Executive Director.
MedTech Color’s 6th Annual Networking Breakfast is part of the organization’s strategy to meet impact goals through a series of high-profile programs and events. MedTech Color has continued to expand the reach and scope of its initiatives, which, in turn, increase the number of people of color, who enter and stay in Medtech. Chief among them are the Collaborative Community and MedTech Color’s Annual Pitch Competition.
MTC’s 6th Annual Networking Breakfast will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to interact with seasoned industry leaders and young professionals to gather more insights into how best to optimize future leadership tactics in the era of globalization and a focus on service, in an industry that will be contingent on diversity to thrive.
