MedTech Color is pleased to announce Phylicia Woods Lisiak, JD, MSW, Senior Director of Government Affairs at Hologic, as the keynote speaker for the 9th Annual MedTech Color Networking Breakfast on Monday, October 19, 2026, in Boston.

An attorney and experienced government affairs leader, Phylicia advances federal legislative strategies focused on improving women’s health. Her experience includes serving as counsel to then-U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill, and she serves on the board of Feminess, supporting its work to increase awareness, knowledge, and empowerment in women’s health.

Centered on the theme “Where Inclusive Collaboration Meets Health Impact,” this year’s Breakfast will bring together leaders from across the medtech community to advance meaningful connections, shared learning, and action. Drawing on her experience at the intersection of women’s health, public policy, and advocacy, Phylicia will deliver keynote remarks followed by a fireside conversation moderated by Vernessa Pollard.
